Beckets's Find-a-Tenant Service costs 75% of the first months rent, we include more as standard (including the Tenancy Agreement), advertise your property on a wide range of property websites, have no hidden charges and do not charge renewal fees.

Becket's Property Management Service costs 15% of the monthly rental, and this includes finding suitable tenants, the Tenancy Agreement, Inventory, Check-In and Check-Out reports and managing the Security Deposit at the beginning and end of the tenancy.
