Beckets Property Consultants offer landlords a variety of lettings packages, ranging from a tenant introduction (sometimes referred to as "find a tenant") to a complete letting and property management service. Please click here for full details of each of the packages.
If none of the lettings packages meet your exact needs Beckets will be happy to tailor a service to your individual requirements.
All of our lettings packages include multi-channel marketing, colour photographs, accompanied viewings, tenant referencing and an Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) Agreement as standard and, if required, we will also serve a Section 21 Notice at the commence of the tenancy at no additional cost.
We pride ourselves on having a transparent pricing policy and ensuring that what we quote is what you pay. Beckets have no minimum charge for our lettings packages, making it very cost effective to use us to help you rent rooms, smaller properties and even car-parking spaces and garages. We also offer discounts for landlords with multiple properties, the first let of new build properties and for successful referrals.If you request a tailored service we will provide you with a detailed breakdown of fees in writing.
Finally, with Beckets, our fees mean that all UK based landlords using one of our standard lettings packages will still receive some rent in the first month of a new tenancy.
